Seattle has plenty of banh mi shops, but we’re glad Mr. Saigon showed up to join them. The sandwiches here cost $5.50 each, and we especially like the Little Saigon, stuffed with tasty grilled pork. Get a Vietnamese iced coffee, too, and take in the smells of freshly baked baguettes and the sight of Seattle U students procrastinating over their sandwiches.
