This brightly lit, formal-feeling Korean spot in Flatiron is very quiet, and would work well for a dinner with the in-laws or a non-sceney date night. The food is mostly meant for sharing, and the small plates seem a bit overpriced for the portions, so stick to the entrees - we especially like the rice cakes with rib-eye steak and the braised oxtail, which you should mix with a side of rice to soak up the sauces.
