Mar Vista is that rare Westside neighborhood that still feels like real people live in, not extras from a TV show. And at lunchtime on a weekday, you’re likely to find them at The MV Grab & Go. It’s from the same people who own The Mar Vista across the street, but as the name gives suggests, is more of a stop in and pick up lunch kind of place. It’s a good option for an easy meal - there are perfectly adequate tacos, sandwiches, salads, and a few different types of poutine. Order at the counter, wait for them to call your name, and then get a seat on the shaded back patio.
