Pilot

Pilot is a restaurant/bar on a boat from the same people behind Grand Banks, and we’re honestly very curious where these people keep getting old sailboats. This boat is tied up alongside a pier in Brooklyn Bridge Park, and the view of lower Manhattan is fantastic. They also serve some great oysters as well as a pretty decent lobster roll. The service ranges from barely-average to actually-kind-of-terrible, but this place is still 100% worth checking out. Stop by for a few glasses of wine and a couple of small plates.
