Fogon Cocina Mexicana is one of our favorite Mexican spots in Capitol Hill. The vibe is upbeat, you can watch them make tortillas in the front, the walls are all lime green, and the fajitas are made with wine, beer, and tequila (and they’re really good). Come for a group dinner, or have a solo meal at the bar, and don’t leave without getting the al pastor tacos.
There are a lot of Mexican restaurants on Capitol Hill, but La Cocina Oaxaqeña is one of our favorites in the neighborhood.
Tacos Chukis isn’t a secret anymore, but it’s still great. Hit this Capitol Hill spot for fast, delicious Mexican food.
There’s a lot of good Mexican in Seattle, but Mezcaleria Oaxaca in Capitol Hill also has an excellent rooftop.
