The Bermondsey Yard Cafe
In case you missed the memo, Bermondsey’s pretty darn cool these days. Case in point, we doubt that any locals did a double take when they stepped into Bermondsey Yard Cafe, a slick British brasserie housed in a converted parking garage. The food will remind you of the kind of thing you’d order in an upmarket gastropub, and you can get a solid plate of eggs Benedict or a nice ribeye steak and chips in a snip. It’s particularly good in nice weather, where grabbing a seat with a few friends at their outdoor terrace is pure gold.
