Fresca is a Fillmore Street staple for casual date nights, group dinners, or anytime you’re trying to please a pescatarian but don’t feel like sushi. This Peruvian spot has some pretty great sangria as well as solid ceviches and small plates (empanadas or bust). They do a decent brunch as well.
