Because what the world needs now is a champagne bar that serves tater tot waffles topped with caviar, we now have The Riddler. The corner spot in Hayes is a nice space, if a little small, and a great place for a girls drinks and snacks catch up. The menu is very short on food (charcuterie, the aforementioned waffles, chips, popcorn) and very long on champagne, and the crowd is very light on Y-chromosomes.
