Stout is a useful bar to keep in your Capitol Hill rotation. It’s never too busy to find a table big enough for your group, and it works for a birthday cocktail pregame, a midday beer-and-sports meetup, or your salvation when it’s late-night and you need something to soak up the last three hours of drinking.
