Brider is our favorite upscale fast-casual spot for lunch in the city- fast-casual because you order at the counter, upscale because the food is restaurant-quality. There’s a fresh rotisserie chicken right behind the checkout counter, sweet potato and avocado salads, porchetta and kimchi sandwiches, rotating pizza options daily, and freshly baked pastries to finish off the meal. If you want to stay awhile, there’s also a full bar with a good happy hour deal. The only downside is that the parking situation isn’t great, so plan accordingly.
