Marina Submarine

It’s not glamorous or hip or comfortable, but we don’t really care, because the sandwiches at Marina Sub are stellar. The place has been on the corner of Steiner and Union for over 30 years and yes, you can tell. But despite some wear and tear, the simple sandwiches - everything from turkey to meatball - are huge and delicious and very no-frills, except for some special sauce. The owner is great and takes his job of making excellent lunch for the Cow Hollow people very seriously.
