Slowly Shirley is the bar below The Happiest Hour. It’s sort of a speakeasy, but they also have their name on the door (so it isn’t that hard to locate). Down a set of stairs, you’ll find a decent-sized bar/lounge with old-Hollywood vibes and an extensive cocktail list. Drinks are on the pricier side, but it’s worth it if you’re trying to convince someone that you’re interesting and successful. A date, say. Or the person who used to bully you in high school. Just know that this place gets busy, and, at peak hours, you might have to wait to get inside.
