Blue Ribbon Downing Street Bar

Of all the Blue Ribbon spots, this is the smallest and most neighborhood-y. It’s a tiny bar on quiet street in the West Village, and it’s perfect for a low-key drink (if you manage to get a seat). The whole place consists of one bar with around 10 seats and a little counter to the side. So don’t bring a group here, but do bring a date if you want to have a few drinks with the option of food.
