Chez Oskar is a neighborhood French Bistro in Bed-Stuy where you can bring your kids and maybe hear some live music. Your kids probably won’t eat the escargot, but maybe they might have some mashed potatoes or a burger. The food here isn’t quite mind-blowing, but Chez Oskar is casual, friendly, and a nice place to hang out. The inside looks like something you’d find off an alley in Paris, and we could see you bringing a date here.
