LA is littered with customized salad places these days, but not all that long ago it wasn’t. The fearless pioneer who started it all? That’d be Tender Greens, whose original downtown Culver location had lines wrapped around the block for years. The place is now a bonafide chain, but the quality is still there. And so is that tuna nicoise we will forever crave.
