It’s a pretty simple spot - sit down and you’ll get some tea and spicy kimchi, plus a menu and pencil to check off your order. Their namesake hui tou dumplings are the highlight - the rectangular, pan-fried dumplings are juicy and delicious, and not something you see at most places.
