Irving Farm isn’t, like, a here-a-cluck-there-a-cluck farm. It’s more of a big roastery 100 miles north of the city. They roast coffee beans there, and they use those beans in their little chain of coffee shops in Manhattan. The location on the Upper East Side is a nice, spacious place to sit with some coffee and a sandwich. Or you could even have some wine and a cheese plate. Also, they’re open until 10pm every night.
