Luke’s started in the East Village, but now you’ll find them in several states and in parts of Asia. These guys are more quality-minded than your average seafood chain, but you’re also going to pay $23 for your lobster roll. Add chips and a drink, and that’s some pretty expensive takeout. Still, the minimalist rolls (with ¼ lb of lobster, shrimp, or crab) are near the top of their class.
