Poke doesn’t play by your rules. They’re cash-only, they don’t take reservations, and they’re BYOB. Those first two things are a little annoying but the third one’s alright. Bring a bottle of wine and expect a wait. The sushi is good and fresh, and that makes this a solid casual-dinner option on the UES.
