Veggie burgers can be hit or miss. But the ones at ’Table in Belltown are excellent. They come topped with sweet, sweet American cheese, plus tomato mayo and pickles, on a soft sesame seed bun. The eggplant/hominy/marmite/cashew burger has the perfect texture, and side options include succotash with mashed avocado (topped with corn chips) and crispy potatoes with green harissa and soft goat cheese. Come here for lunch or a quick to-go dinner.
