With an all-red, windowless exterior, Noshi doesn’t have the greatest curb appeal in the world, but inside this Koreatown staple, there’s a party going down every day of the week. Large families celebrating birthdays, Beverly Hills business people eating lunch, and solo diners wrapped around the bar - it feels like the whole city is here. There are a slew of specials throughout the menu, but we suggest ordering right from a la carte sushi menu, where prices hover around $4.50 for two pieces of incredibly fresh fish.

Sushi Park in West Hollywood is fun and kitschy, but no longer a destination for LA sushi purists.

The sushi at Sasabune in Brentwood is classic LA-style omakase.

Sushi Spot image

Sushi Spot in Tarzana does a solid omakase in a room with zero atmosphere.
