P.O.V. Rooftop is the kind of place you’d bring to impress an out of towner. It’s at the top of the W Hotel in Metro Center, and the views of the White House and Washington Monument are probably exactly what your friend is planning on Instagramming. But even though this place is always full of tourists, it’s worth a trip to every once in awhile to remember the swamp you live in is actually pretty nice. Just know that it will cost you a $20 cocktail to do so.
