Verde Curated Greens

Verde does fancy, pre-made salads - or, as they call them, “curated greens.” They don’t cost that much on their own ($12 or so), but if you add a protein (like house-smoked arctic char) it can get a little pricey. So what’s the draw? Quality ingredients, thought-out recipes, and the convenience of not having to wait in a long line. Plus, the atmosphere is friendly and soothing, and it’s less stressful than Sweetgreen. But you also can't customize your salad (not even the dressing) - and that’s the tradeoff.
