Jeju Noodle Bar in the West Village has a few things going for it: the restaurant specializes in ramyun (Korean ramen), it's run by a guy used to work at places like Per Se and Brooklyn Fare, and the cooks also act as servers. All of that is interesting, but we didn't find the food compelling enough to tell you that it's a must-visit. In addition to three different kinds of ramen, which were solid, but not outstanding, there's a list of small plates with things like pork buns, chicken wings, and some raw fish options.
