Casa Escobar is a classic Mexican restaurant on PCH. From the outside, it looks like a rundown beach shack, but it’s very much still up and running, and still making decent food. The servers are the type who’ll remember you after you’ve been a couple of times, and the patio is a great place to sit out on if you’re not insanely sunburned after a beach day.
