Being at Horchata feels like a combination of being drunk in a sukkah and being drunk on spring break. Head there for brunch, when you get unlimited food and drinks for $30. The crowd will be big and young, the interior’s got string lights hanging from the ceiling, and the drinks (and guacamole) are excellent.
