Stinky tofu is a Taiwanese classic that involves tofu hanging out under fermented vegetables for up to a week. It’s an acquired taste, but if you’re a stinky tofu person, Tofu King is your place. It’s a small spot in a stripmall, and the signature aroma hits you as soon as you walk in the door. The deep-fried tofu sitting in a bath of soy sauce is what everyone here is ordering.
