There are a few Wright Brothers restaurants dotted all over town, but the South Kensington location is the one that your mum would probably like the best. It is, for lack of a better adjective, ‘cute’ and is perfect for a late afternoon session of knocking back some £1 oysters or a cosy evening meal with some friends or a date.
You can get a shellfish tower or a posh seafood dinner at Wright Brothers Spitalfields. Or, you can get oysters for a quid a pop, 3-6pm every day.
Honest Burgers has is great for a burger and craft beer if you’re in South Ken.
Da Mario is an old-school Italian restaurant in Kensington that has surprisingly small prices, big group potential, and a fun feel.
If you so happen to be in South Kensington, Dozo is a great option for a casual lunch or dinner. The sushi is good quality, and the rolls are fun.
