Takoda is yet another spot around U Street with a roof you’ll want to spend a few hours getting a sunburn on. But since they limit the number of people allowed out there, there’s a good chance you’ll have to wait around inside for a bit. The bright space and big skylight will make you feel better about that. If you get food, keep it simple. The chicken and waffles are good, the PB&J wings are not.
